Musician Applications

Musician applications for Arts on the Avenue 2026 are NOW OPEN.

Deadline to apply is June 15th, 2026.

  • Date of Event: Sunday August 23, 2026 

  • Performances will take place between 10 AM to 4 PM - Arts on the Avenue Coordinator will assign time slots to performers

  • Performance time slots are 1 hour in length (no extensions available)

  • Performers must arrive 30 minutes prior to their time slot to set up and must vacate the space after their alloted time

  • ​The performer is required to supply their own sound equipment such as but not limited to microphones, speakers, extension cords, amps etc.

  • Upon acceptance into the Arts on the Avenue, all persons providing live performances will be required to sign a contract

  • This event is free for the public to enjoy

  • Performers will be paid a flat rate that is set by the Arts Council of Ladysmith and District, organizers of the Arts on the Avenue Festival
