Musician Applications
Musician applications for Arts on the Avenue 2026 open on April 15th, 2026.
Deadline to apply is June 15th, 2026.

Date of Event: Sunday August 23, 2026

Performances will take place between 10 AM to 4 PM - Arts on the Avenue Coordinator will assign time slots to performers

Performance time slots are 1 hour in length (no extensions available)

Performers must arrive 30 minutes prior to their time slot to set up and must vacate the space after their alloted time

​The performer is required to supply their own sound equipment such as but not limited to microphones, speakers, extension cords, amps etc.

Upon acceptance into the Arts on the Avenue, all persons providing live performances will be required to sign a contract

This event is free for the public to enjoy

Performers will be paid a flat rate that is set by the Arts Council of Ladysmith and District, organizers of the Arts on the Avenue Festival
​​Applicants will be contacted after the deadline regarding the status of their application - this can take up to 2 weeks after deadline has ended
