Participation guidelines: 

• Please read the full participation guidelines here: https://www.artsontheavenue.ca/vendors  . By completing the online form below, you are agreeing that you understand and will follow the guidelines set out by the Arts Council of Ladysmith and District as well as the additional guidelines listed below.

• Community groups from Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands may apply - priority goes to those who are in the arts not-for-profit or a registered charity. 

​

• Community groups are required to present an arts activity that is free and suitable for this family-friendly event. 

​​

• The goal of community groups at Arts on the Avenue is to give visitors the opportunity to learn about and interact with art in various forms. You can bring small items for sale and hand out promotional materials for your organization, but the main purpose is the demos and activities. 

​

•  Community groups will provide their own supplies for the event

​​

• ​Community groups will provide their own 10x10 tent, as well as their own tables, chairs, and displays. Please let us know if you have any specific needs to see if we can accommodate them. 

​

• Access to electricity is limited, so please let us know if you have certain power source needs.

​

• All event participants must submit a Event Indemnification form. Click Here to submit a Event Indemnification form. Event Applications forms are below.

• Each 10'x10' community group space is $85. Community groups are limited to 1 space each. Hours are 10am-4pm.

​

• If you application is successful you will need to pay the fee, payment instructions will be in the application acceptance email. 

​

Successful applicants will be contacted 1 week after the deadline
