Daksha and Bhaskar do this by carefully selecting the freshest spices, then sieving them three times to remove any dust or gluten. The spices are then put on trays and sifted through to remove any impurities.
These blends are then ground to perfection, packaged and ready to enjoy.
Fermentum Foods was born out of a life long love of cooking and an obsession with brewing. Come to the event and try our great mustards and jellies. Vegan and dairy free.

Salt Spring Artisan Vinegar
We make specialty fruit wine vinegars using local fruit. We package in beautiful Italian glass bottles. Our process is small-batch, hand creafted and uses traditional methods of fermenting.
